In recent years VoIP (Internet Telephony) has entered the into the mainline ICT industry. With options available for for SOHO, SMB & larger scaled sectors, this technology has helped save individuals & businesses alike from a few hundred to several thousands of dollars through heavily reducing fixed landline phone calls. Phone call costs can start as little as around 10c for an untimed fixed landline call to anywhere in Australia, and also heavily reducing costs for international calls to only a few cents per minute. We have access to simple ATA devices for lower call volumes with these devices simply pluging into a spare network port on your ADSL modem, through tomuch larger cloud based PBX type services for businesses or organisations with higher call volumes, that offer a much greater degree of flexibility and scaleability. In some situations (usually for smaller businesses) we may be able to offer a hybrid (mix of VoIP & traditional telephony) solution which means you can take advantage of the low cost calls, but still keep your existing landline as a back-up line so in the event of an Internet, power outage, or some other emergency you still have another phone option available.
